It's a very special partnership. Amazing Grace Day Camps are a partnership between the Southern Ohio Synod, Lutheran Outdoor Minstries in Ohio (LOMO), local congregations, and individuals. Together, these partners assist congregations in their mission and ministry to their community by helping to provide them with a five day long camp experience. Amazing Grace Day Camps stirs these four Advent thems (Hope, Peace, Love, and Joy) in the hearts of children who do not have a church home.
Hope: As children learn often for the first time the Gospel Story
Peace: Through prayer, worship, and learning to work together and play together
Love: Through the building of friendships with church members, volunteers, pastors, and counselors
Joy: Through fun and games and laughter
Location--326 Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd. Fairborn
The camp will be held July 27-31. Daily 9-3:00 PM.
Cost per child--Free
Who can attend--Any Child in Grades 2nd Through 5th (School Year 2026/2027)
Application available at Abiding Christ Lutheran Church office (if attended the Dayton Children's Festival it is included in packet). Last day to register is June 15, 2026. Space is limited, so turn in applications as soon as possible to Abiding Christ Lutheran Church.
